Welcome
Llwyn Holiday Cottages are located in peaceful, rural West Wales - home of dark sky and the red kite - within easy reach of all that beautiful Ceredigion and the surrounding area has to offer. The perfect place to kick back and relax.
Both East Llwyn and West Llwyn have a south facing aspect with convenient parking immediately in front of each cottage. East Llwyn is on the right (with the conservatory) and West Llwyn is on the left. Sitting amidst our 16 acre start up smallholding, which is home to a range of farm animals, with field walks available from the door by arrangement (children and dogs must be supervised at all times).
Both have a "home from home" feel and each sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. East Llwyn has 1 x double and 1 x twin bedroom. West Llwyn has 1 x superking (or can be arranged as 1 x twin with advance notice) and 1 x double bedroom. Free fast fibre WiFi, full fitted kitchen, comfortable sitting room with 32" Smart TV in East Llwyn and 43" Smart TV in West Llwyn (access to Netflix and Prime - own account required). Both cottages have a wood burner and upstairs toilet/shower room. East Llwyn has a light and airy conservatory and West Llwyn has a separate dining room.
East Llwyn and West Llwyn combined form Llwyn Cottage via internal adjoining doors (which are locked if cottages are booked separately) and gives scope to sleep 8 with the benefit of two kitchens, two shower rooms and a dining room to seat up to eight.
We welcome one well behaved dog with no additional charge but will consider one more by prior arrangement in each cottage.
There is a large, well maintained garden with some interesting plants and shrubs and stunning valley views from the top level. Three sets of outdoor seating are available for guests to use, one next to the East Llwyn conservatory and one in front of West Llwyn for ease and the other on the top level of the garden to enjoy the views and watch the sun set.
A short drive from Llwyn Holiday Cottages to the Ceredigion Coast Path running between the Teifi and Dyfi estuaries and linking towns and villages dotted along the spectacular Cardigan Bay coastline. On its route it visits the resorts of Aberporth, Llangrannog, New Quay - linked to Dylan Thomas, Aberaeron, Aberystwyth and Borth each, of which, has its own individual character. Wildflowers, seabirds and a wealth of wildlife including dolphins and seals, await the walker. The area's rich history is much in evidence, from iron-age hill forts to 19th century harbours.
Llwyn Holiday Cottages are only a stones throw from our own home, which we share with our friendly flat coated retrievers. So you will see us around and we will be on hand to help or provide information if needed.
We aim to be here to welcome you on your arrival.
