East Llwyn Holiday Cottage Details

East Llwyn Cottage  - sleeps 4 (children under 2 do not count towards occupancy numbers).   Free fast fibre WiFi. Central heating. Large garden (partially enclosed but not secure).

Ground floor:

Conservatory - with door access from outside and double french doors.  Comfortable sofa and two easy chairs. Coat hooks.

Kitchen/Dining - windows to front and rear aspect.  Full kitchen with plenty of under counter cupboard storage space and drop leaf dining table with 4 folding chairs.  Basics provided including items listed below:  

Kettle. Toaster. Electric oven/grill. 4 burner gas hob with extractor over. Microwave. Refrigerator with small freezer box. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Cafetiere.

Crockery inc egg cups. Cutlery. Cooking equipment and utensils. Corkscrew. Scissors. Potato peeler. Set of kitchen knives - some are very sharp! Teapot/tea cosy. Plastic plates/dishes/beakers for children. 

Sitting Room - window into conservatory and two small windows to side aspect.  2 x  comfortable fabric two seater sofas.  32" smart TV with Netflix and Prime (own accounts required). Jotul wood burning stove with fireguard - free supply of logs during colder months (October to March inclusive).

Understairs cupboard -  Iron. Ironing board*. Sweeping brush/brush/dustpan. Mop & bucket. Vacuum cleaner (Henry). Laundry drying racks. Highchair (if required - please let us know before arrival). Two outdoor zero gravity reclining chairs (for use at the property only - not to be removed). *Ironing board now located in double bedroom between wardrobe and window.

Stairs to first floor - landing

Double bedroom - Window to front aspect and small window to side aspect. Double bed. 2 x bedside tables with lamps.  Dressing table with drawers, mirror and stool.  Small wardrobe with coat hangers. Chest of drawers.  Hairdryer (in drawer of dressing table).

Twin bedroom -  Window to front aspect.  Velux roof window with blind (this is high up so we find it easier if you let us know before arrival if you would like the blind open or closed).  2 x 3' single beds.  Bedside table with lamp. Chest of drawers. Wardrobe with coat hangers.

Shower room/toilet - Window to front aspect.  Shower cubicle with electric shower.  Sink with mirror over.  Toilet.  Some toilet rolls provided - relevant to your party group number.

Bed linen and towels provided. 

Stairgates can be provided for top and/or bottom of the stairs.  High chair and travel cot available.  Dog crates available (S, M, L).  Please let us know before arrival.
